Rail yards turned into alleys. Alleys turned into rooftops, tunnels, neighborhoods and city streets. The more he saw, the more he realized how many people felt forgotten.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePeople weren’t being heard. Stories were being erased. No credit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy the next morning, \u003cstrong\u003eYOU ARE SEEN\u003c\/strong\u003e started showing up all over the city.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen came more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSTAY LOUD.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePEACE IS POWER.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTAG THE TRUTH.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePeople started noticing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSome agreed with the messages. Some hated them. Some tried covering them up. Others started putting them back.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd that was the point.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBarky isn't looking to become famous. He isn't trying to tell everyone what to think. He wants people to pay attention, ask questions, stand up for what they believe is right and remember that the person standing next to them deserves to be heard too.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHis mission is pretty simple:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTruth.
